Lower back pain
Lower back pain is one of the most common problems and will affect most people at some point in their life. There is typically a mild ache, noticeable tension or stiffness in the back to begin with, which most people tend to ignore as they continue with life. Then one day, a routine movement, like bending over to pick up a sock, strikes pain that feels as if someone has stuck a red hot poker into your back.
Back pain can be triggered by bad posture, normally due to sitting or standing for a long period of time, bending awkwardly, or lifting incorrectly.

“When I first visited Shaneil, I was in real pain. Shaneil was able to diagnose my condition and after just one treatment I felt better, over subsequent treatments my back freed up and got much better. I am now in the maintenance stage and have monthly treatments that are getting easier and easier due to the great work done on my back.
Shaneil has been brilliant throughout my treatments and I would recommend him for anyone with any form of back pain/discomfort. He has been only a call away and it is reassuring to know that whenever a treatment is needed the upmost will be done to get you in at a time convenient to you ”
Important note from your Chiropractor
The consensus amongst many is if you don't feel any pain, then there is nothing wrong. Pain however, is a very poor indicator of health and in fact, pain appears after a muscular or skeletal condition has been aggravated to the point that the body can no longer cope.
Experiencing pain is how the body attempts to prevent you from furthering the injury.
